Refund and Exchange Policy

IApproved returns will be refunded within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

Returns deemed to be errors not on our part may attract a 10% restocking fee to cover handling costs.

Important Notes

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kansmedsupply error.
