SHIPPING POLICY

• All products share shipping costs and delivery options
• Order cut-off time is 3.00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi)
• Handling time (0-2days), Monday to Saturday
• Transit Time (0-3 days), all destinations
• Shipping is done Monday to Saturday
• Estimated delivery time based on customer locations across all destinations: 0-5 business days
• Free shipping for orders with a value above KES 1,000,000
• Shipping cost for orders under KES1,000,000 depends on the customer-appointed Courier service provider and the destination of the product.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Exchanges are available for products determined to be defective.
