  • Kans Med Supply shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

9. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Payments must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed

10. Delivery of Goods

You may make an order for the purchase of any Product that is offered through the Website by Kans Med Supply

Whenever you make an order, you declare that you have provided all necessary details for the delivery of the Product to the destination specified by you in the Order;

Any Product purchased from Kans Med Supply will be delivered to you in line with our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for Products shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings.

As a User, you will pay for the Products and Services provided by Kans Med Supply in accordance with the prices/tariff guide posted on the Website or communicated by Kans Med Supply from time to time.

You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering your phone number with Us, you consent to be contacted by Kans Med Supply via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or delivery-related updates.

11. Payment

While availing any of the payment method(s) offered by Kans Med Supply, Kans Med Supply will not be responsible or assume any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction(s) or

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and between your bank(s), or

Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).

12. Return of Goods

Should you fail to take delivery of the Product for any reason other than a failure of the Product which was within the control of Kans Med Supply, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to Kans Med Supply store or designated drop-off point.

If a Product offered on the Website is not as reasonably described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All returns and exchanges are processed in line with our Return and Exchange Policies.

If Kans Med Supply is unable to deliver a Product due to legal requirements, Kans Med Supply will return or will give credit for the amount received by Kans Med Supply from the sale of such product that could not be delivered to you within 3 working days.

13. Refund/Order Cancellation

If Kans Med Supply comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors concerning pricing or product information, Kans Med Supply shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund money, if any, collected from you within 24 hours of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as that made by you to Kans Med Supply unless otherwise advised by Kans Med Supply.

Kans Med Supply reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where We are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with Kans Med Supply policy or for any reason. Kans Med Supply will use best endeavors to communicate the cancellation of an order in reasonable time, to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
